How do you relieve stress?

I love playing games when I can find someone to play them with me! I enjoy watching the old game show channel. Or game show network depending on what’s playing. Reading is also a good stress reliever. Driving, listening to music, crying, meditating, yoga, walk!

i used to draw but when i started messing up more i stopped because it stressed me out. i listen to music, mostly the more violent songs or metal and rock songs, like ICP, My Chemical Romance, Falling in Reverse, Metallica, Cannibal Corpse, etc. to match the feelings i feel, and i usually like dance around or lipsync to them and it makes me feel better
