Comfort movies, baths or showers with yummy smelling soap and lotion after (bonus points if you’re too exhausted to put the lotion on yourself and your partner helps you 💕), crochet, mindless video games (I like this diving game called endless ocean for the wii), baking or cooking if you have the energy and it’s something you enjoy, sitting outside/forest bathing, collecting leaves
