Marijuana, music and singing (breath control), origami, reading and a lil' netflix
Headphones and I use that stress to motivate me to workout and better myself!
Playing a musical instrument..listening to and watching music YouTube videos...and Hulu and Ghost adventures if your a fan or anything on Discoveryplus
I go out to the casinos....and I just started going to the movies since over three years ago me and my mom went and like there was nobody and I like it that people are so rude and snobbish...it was just us and some other couple so I enjoyed the movie with Covid protocol so I felt self....
I run and stay busy with hobbies.
I do something a little productive to make it feel like I'm getting out in front of the avalanche.
