Reading, cross stitching, playing a video game that doesn't require a whole lot of thought. Physical stress is setting and following through with my boundaries with myself and others. If I'm doing the laundry or cooking dinner and standing for that long is starting to hurt, I stop doing whatever is causing the stress and pain and let myself take a breather. You can always get back to it when you're ready.
