Hello! I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and suspect I might also have idiopathic Hypersomnia, but I'm not sure yet especially because I'm not always sleeping incredibly long hours. I can sleep 6- 18 hours depending on the weather and how much energy I exerted the day (or so) before, and there are other days where I don't quite know what's affected my sleep. is this another symptom of chronic fatigue, or is this hypersomnia?

Based on the replies, chronic fatigue syndrome is very common alongside many chronic pain/health issues and can cause you to feel exhausted even after getting adequate sleep. However, idiopathic hypersomnia is a separate condition that could also be causing your symptoms. It's hard to definitively say based on this information alone, and it would be best to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis.
