I am tired all the time- I just don’t sleep well at night no matter what I do. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you can go to the doctors! Also check in with yourself to see if anything else might be different or a little bit 'odd' for you (if there is write them all down). Many conditions can cause this, I have a chronic condition which means I never ever feel properly rested, even if I sleep 11 hours. It might not be anything like that but it can be one of the first symptoms that people notice.

I have the same issue. I can’t remember the last time I felt well rested. I’m always sleepy, I sleep so much, taking naps every opportunity I have. I sleep a well 7-8 hrs a night. I never wake up through the night. Yet I still wake up feeling like I only hand a couple hrs of sleep. I already had a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea, that was negative. Now awaiting another sleep study to rule out narcolepsy.

I understand I'm with you. Had sleep studies done for them to see that my obvious chronic pain is what was keeping me awake. Was on sleeping pills but not anymore. Hope you find something that helps
