      I joined slimming world. I found the first few months easy... Then a tough home Life turned me back to my old ways and I gained it all back and more some. It needs to be a lifestyle change not a temporary change unfortunately

      My biggest enemy were snacks. If I had snacks and sweets in my home I would eat them no matter what. I stopped buying any candies and snacks, the snacks I already had I gave to my friends. Now when I have the urge to something sweet I eat an apple. It wasn’t easy at the beginning but I got used to it
