      Please don't stop I went down that road and it leads to a lot more damage to your body. Why do you feel this way?

      Trust me u don't want to do that, take it from someone who starved herself for 2 months for the same reason I lost 80 pounds but not even a week later I started gaining it back plus with vengeance. If u must lose weight please do it safe and smart.

      I get that I'm still slightly doing that but I make sure I eat a meal a day and that is a start, just small manageable goals like that helps. I started that a week ago and I'm now having lunch most days as well. I know it can take a while to accept but your body is perfect because it's your body, it helps you move and do things you enjoy, there's so much your body can do and it's truly an amazing thing. There is no such thing as perfect and that's something that's hard to accept, you can't hold yourself to standards of other people that put their health at risk for the "perfect" body. I know none of this will probably help as it's so cliche but the thing about clichés is that they're normally true which is why so many people say it

        @whoisthemonster I just don't feel pretty my stomach is big .I just want to be perfect.

          @Ash66 I know, it's so much pressure to be perfect. I've been there, I've eaten 1 meal a day, but you know what? My mental health suffered so much when I didn't give myself enough fuel. We need food to function physically and mentally, if we give too little on a daily basis we will actually trick our bodies into survival mode which means we will hold on to fat. Starving ourselves only harms us, please find foods you enjoy eating - not as punishment but as nourishment so we can find new activities we like doing and our mental health follows. ❤️ It gets better, I promise.
