How do others go about managing GAD without any medication? I have tried a few and nothing ever really makes me feel any better, so I have been trying to manage things more holistically.

      try out things and see what works best! could be hobbies like painting or working out, just taking a break and watching tv or listening to music. destressing looks different for everyone! trial and error works wonders

      i use cannabis and it helps me. it’s not for everyone tho. i also just try to stay as busy as i can handle
