      Going for walks everyday, meditation, and journaling helps me tons! Also, getting enough sleep, but I struggle with that.

      I’ve started with witchcraft and honestly, it’s basically just spicy psychology lol. It helps me to take a look at everything and give me ways of coping that mean a lot to me

      Drawing, I used to do art therapy a lot and found it really helped. Of course, drawing was already a hobby for me beforehand, I just turned it into a coping skill to help get my mind off things

      🙏I do so many things. Exercise!!! The gym and skiing. Learning new skills. Taking lessons for my new skills…. Knitting and steel tongue drums, journaling, coloring in adult coloring books, reading God’s word. Keeping busy and positive.
