It how I managed my anxiety. I still get occasional attacks but there often caused by a strenuous problem.

Acupuncture - helped me more than meds ever did.

The first thing my therapist taught me was grounding myself. Focusing on my five senses while counting backwards like think of five smells, four taste, three things you see, two thing you hear, and one touch. (You can arrange the senses anyway you like.) I was also incourage to use my "happy space in my head or in my case my imaginations happy person."

I used to be able to manage it with physical activity. Dance or dance fitness helped a lot. Unfortunately due to health reasons I can't right now. Some people use yoga or walking in nature.
