I am currently doing two types of debt therapy for my bipolar, PTSD, and BPD. It seems to help in the moment but rn I also don't know how it will help in the long run

I just graduated from therapy. My therapist gave me things I can do if I start to hit a low. If I can't pull myself out of it, it's called a warm line. And EFT tapping. You can pull it up on Goggle. There's also the leaves floating in the stream and placing what has you down on the leaf and watching it float away. This one, you have your eyes closed, and you use your imagination to see this happening. Just place it on the leaf and let it go. You can take a deep breathe inbetween too. Once you start doing this, you will automatically put the things that bother you that hurt you on that leaf and let it float away from you! It's leaving your mind and body and is floating downstream.

Ok I've done behavioral therapy, trigger point therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture therapy and ESTIM therapy. The most helpful for me was behavioral therapy and trigger point therapy. My mental health played a huge part in my suffering so that is the one I would recommend the most. If you want some more specifics, feel free to DM me šŸ˜
