Effective treatments for C PTSD?

Has anyone ever found anything that truly works, in a lasting way, for C PTSD? Tried EFT, neurofeedback, medications, supplements, dietary changes, meditation, person centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, CBT, and EMDR. Suggestions welcome.

I second the Internal Family Systems recommendation. Probably the most helpful form of therapy for me. My second recommendation would be Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which was made to treat Borderline Personality Disorder (one of the disorders which CPTSD was proposed to replace)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy has been the most helpful thing I have tried. I am that same in terms of trying many many treatments.

The best I have found is a therapist who specializes and understands but it is still mountain of a climb to really see the results.

Tell you the truth have dealt with PTSD and some other issues for years. I'm a 54 yo mother of a 27 yo. I've never done drugs in my life but was told to try cannibis. I was skeptical but had tried everything else. Well this past April I decided to apply for my medical marijuana card in my state. I was approved. It has worked wonders for me. And I've been able to cut back on some of my prescriptions per my doctor. This may be something to look into if you have the option.
