there isn’t anywhere to get dbt therapy around me so i’ve been learning about it all myself, and even that has helped me immensely. i’m pretty sure i have some resources i could share if you want them!

I take trintellix 20 mg, clonadine 0.1 mg for anxiety/overthinking/panic attacks, vitamin d every day, and see a therapist regularly. Learning about DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) has also helped, I wanted to do in person sessions pre-lockdown but even just knowing some of the concepts really helped on the process towards reintegration. Returning to therapy to keep doing the work is what has helped me most. The focus on discovering and understanding myself. But also throwing out old patterns and projections that don’t serve me anymore. Also a big one: self compassion. It’s harder than it sounds. But it truly helps.

Try to find a diagnosis / symptom specific therapist ! It is honestly so useful to have a therapist around that is qualified and experienced with people with BPD
