I'm Jessica. I'm 34 and have 3 kids. I was diagnosed with fibromialgia 2 years ago and hashimotos disease earlier this year. I hate feeling so weak and exhausted. I wanted to plant some things yesterday in my yard and today I am paying for it and can barely move. it is frustrating not having the energy to get dressed or do my hair on a registry basis. so tired of living with these diseases. I just want to feel like myself

@livvie361 I had to stop working years ago for the same reasons. I just kept pushing myself too hard.

I have been dealing with FM for a long time now and still have a problem learning my limits. I do know there are a lot of things that I can't do. I know now how many days I will have to deal with pain after a specific activity. I also deal with chronic pain issues so there are a lot of things that will have me bed ridden for several days. You will eventually learn the easiest ways to get the things done that you want to do so you're not in as much pain. Hang in there and just take it one day at a time.

@Winnie10 I'm still learning my limits too. I had to stop working because I had tried pushing through the bad days and it was too much on my mental health

@livvie361 I'm also not working right now. I'm a hairdresser but the pain after only 2 days a week was so bad. Trying to figure out my next step

I feel you! I’m in the same boat as you right now. It sucks wanting to do so much stuff but not even being able to do the bare minimum. All we can do it hang in there and not give up. And try to listen to our bodies, I know it’s way easier said then done. I hope you get the rest you need today! ❤️
