I am a female I have fibryalgia it's not fun at all. Some days are better then others. I have muscle spasms alot hurt in my shoulders back knees and when it flares up I have to take steroids or steroid shot and ibuprofen to get the inflammation out of your body. It's awful when it flares up. There's times I can't even get out of bed. I'm sorry you have this here if u want to talk I hope this helps you. I will be praying for you.
