im in pain every single day ... I do nothing to help myself besides work , work and work some more and clean. I have no motivation or energy to go to physical therapy like I SHOULD no energy or motivation to leave the house. I'm thinking of scheduling a second appt with my rheumatologist to get some more information or something !!! has anyone else went thru this when they were first diagnosed with fibromyalgia or anything ?! ๐Ÿ˜ž

Hi , yes I went thew the same. I was a childminder and when kid went home at 5 I was in bed ๐Ÿ›Œ I could not stay awake. I had no energy at all and the pain was horrible. It's hard get your head around the illness at the start, but don't ษ“e afraid to rest when u need too. I had to give up work as I just couldn't do anymore. I also suffer osteoarthritis and it didn't help me either. But it does get easier to cope with you still have the pain but find something that u enjoy doing and it will keep u motivated.

Many people have shared similar experiences when first diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Some have found it helpful to make small changes in their lifestyle, such as incorporating yoga or stretching into their routine, while others have found comfort in setting up small habits to take care of themselves. It's also common for individuals to feel frustrated and struggle with a lack of motivation and energy.
