I listen to all music. The louder the better. I'd go to a park. Clean my car and jam my music. But that's me.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve and what you're capable of doing. Unless you're mobility limited short walks are amazing for your over-all health

Just getting outside for a few minutes a day. The sunshine and fresh air makes me feel better. Mild stretching or walking, any sort of exercise you can do. Meditation for a calmer mind. Eat healthy

meditation, better sleep schedule, play a relaxing game, listen to calm music, take a walk outside, eat a nice good meal are all things i’ve done/heard help :)

I really love the Headspace app for my mental health. It has short to long mindfulness videos and meditations and the sleep stories really help turn my brain off at night. For physical health I try to do more "joyful movement" (you can look up ideas for that online) so it's not such a painful chore and peer pressure thing to exercise. For example, for me, let's say 1) I feel great, I'll go for a few mile walk; 2) I feel meh, I'll walk around the block or do a dance in the kitchen; 3) I feel awful, I'll realize my body needs rest and try to do something relaxing like an at home spa hour.

For mental i would say meditation works wonders. For physical i would say working out and eating the right foods would be great to keep fit.
