The one I have been doing recently is check in on my thoughts, when I start running down a path of things that do not need worry about in that moment, or thoughts that are not true I find a distraction, or I find a way not to let that thought continue.

I usually journal. It helps to get things out of my head. I also have to do things with my hands like paint or craft or fix something.
Take some time to myself in a cozy space, listen to some lo-fi, play a wholesome game, and doing arts and crafts (like bracelet making or clay)
I like to read and go to the gym. The gym helps me more mentally than any other activity.
