For physical conditions, I believe the effect diet has on disease and the body in general is greater than most people think. For mental conditions, I think that exposing yourself to new situations helps to get your brain thinking in positive ways. I’m not even just talking about going out and doing new things. I use the treadmill/elliptical for about an hour every day and it leaves me this huge time to think about a lot of new things that usually help me discover new opinions and understandings that I may have. I guess it’s kind of like meditation, but it’s helped me more than anything.

Meditating and yoga is nice. Also just do things you like to do like I love video games so I always do that when I am stressed.

it depends on different things but definitely taking an interest in hobbies and things I enjoy really help when I'm feeling down!
