Believe it or not, but improving my mental health helps to improve my physical health. When I feel happy and productive I have the desire and the energy to cook good foods, go for walks and get up early. But don't mistake this for "I don't do anything unless I feel like it". To improve your mental health you kinda have to start with making yourself do all these things. And then it hopefully becomes perpetual motion where one thing helps the other and the other helps it back.

I believe the combination of adjusting my medicine along with healthy eating no gluten or sugar has helped the most… going to bed and getting up about the same time each day ..getting on a good circadian rhythm .. hope the best for you!
