Have you tried to write letters? Write out all your feelings on paper and go through the emotions... Either do it as a letter to someone that you love hate (yourself is a big one I did ) allow yourself to write everything that comes to mind NEVER GO BACK TO READ IT. Then in a safe place burn it while saying affirmations. Then, take like 2 or three affirmations and write them down place them all over where you go frequently and read them out loud to yourself. You can also look up affirmation ideas on YouTube too... Don't forget your outlets screaming into a pillow punching a pillow or a stuffy... Yoga breathing taking your shoes off walking on dirt grounding yourself... All ideas. Cleaning my room helped alot too when I essentially felt trapped.

Its hard to feel this but you deserve compassion patience and kindness, even from yourself. If you cant convince yourself, let me try. You are human, everyone deserves compassion, kindness and love. Dont be too harsh on yourself. It is okay to mess things up, it doesnt mean you are a bad person or not someone decent. All people make mistakes and it is only when u give yourself compassion kindness and patience, you can give yourself the space to do what you need to do to heal yourself and be yourself

Oh also, i was given the advice by my therapist to use sensory toys (or even exercise, yoga, running, etc) every day to expend pent up energy.
Just start talking out loud to yourself. I find that when no tears come out, it helps to verbally explain to myself what I'm thinking and feeling. As for the hitting, maybe beat the crap out of a pillow? I hope this helped. <3
This is probably bad advice because it will effect you today, tomorrow, and long term, but when I need to cry and can't, I drink.
I found that venting to stuffed animals/toys always helped me growing up and even now to get out my frustrations at myself and. unblock that dam of tears. another thing that worked for me personally was age regression, really gets those big emotions out. I hope this helps at least a little!!

One suggestion is to try and be compassionate towards yourself, as you would for others. Remember that everyone makes mistakes and it's important to learn from them rather than punishing yourself. Consider seeking support from a therapist or talking to someone you trust about your feelings. It may also help to practice mindfulness and focus on positive aspects of your life.
