I need that tool!! Do you just look at something to focus on like a clock or you say something to yourself before you blow!!!

For me I try to find stuff to distract myself or look for a friend or someone close that I trust to vent so I dont lash out or anything. If u want u can talk to me
I remember that I’m too cute for prison. My mom taught me the saying Not my Circus not my monkeys
For me I think of every scenario mentally of how I could cause the problem as much pain and anger as they caused me then feel fine after other wise gaming, music and hobbies or take a nap
It help me when I'm mad
Or punching bags
Or punch walls
I listen to music
I listen to rock as well. Songs that relate to how I'm feeling it the moment I'm going through. If I can't do that I just walk away from the situation before I kill someone and then I listen to music and sit alone for a good minute to calm down
I cry when I am angry so I just cry. I suggest you try getting a punching bag and let ur anger out that way. Sometimes it's alright to hit something but not yourself, someone else, or the wall or anything not meant for punching. Otherwise I say just cry or scream into a pillow.
i either just let myself cry out my frustration or i’ll write like a super super super angry letter to the person as if i was saying everything that i wanted to and like i was going to send it to them, and then burn it instead. I get all my feelings off my chest without having to lash out
This is gonna sound weird, but when I’m mad I listen to metal/rock and i let the music work it out of my system. I’ve also learned how to just keep quiet when I’m mad (it’s kinda hard). Sometimes I just cry to help relieve the tension I feel from being mad.

@A_Goth_Moth I use your first two methods. I WISH I could cry. I'm too angry when I'm angry to cry 😢 It's a bummer 👎😕👎 No actually I have been able to cry some lately
