I am so screwed up, I don't know where to start. I hate my life. I feel like I am not human. I want to do something then I get overwhelmed. I keep telling myself I want do something important but I don't know how. I feel like something inside want to scream and break free.

      You are being very hard on yourself, measuring yourself up to an ideal you can't even quantify. You want to do something important but you don't know what. I'm telling you you are doing something important. You're your part in a plan. We all do. You don't have to know the plan. If you want to scream, by all means do it...

      I feel the same way, quite often and there's people, environments, circumstances that makes it so much worse. I unfortunately don't have any insight for how to deal but you're definitely not alone and I hope that's some comfort

      I have felt this way. First, work on accepting yourself just the way you are. I know that can seem impossible at times. If you have a good friend who is kind and who loves you just as you are, try to spend a lot of time with them and then start treating yourself the way they treat you. Take away ALL the pressure you put on yourself to do more, be more, evolve, change, etc. Seriously. ALL OF IT. Tell yourself, "I love you forever, even if you never change." That will give you waaay more freedom to actually evolve and grow in a natural way instead of forcing it. Find one or two traits that you love about yourself. If you need help getting started, ask a friend. Or think about things that you do well that aren't so easy for others. Everyone has something, I promise. Think about those things often. Think about them on purpose when you're tempted to hate yourself again. Self-hatred is a thought. You can decide to change your thoughts. It's not easy, especially in the beginning, but it does get better, I promise you.
