Journaling, meditation and music are my go to methods. I also workout when my body lets me sometimes it’s just a quick walk other times it’s an hour in the gym. My therapist recently recommended either ax throwing or a rage room but I haven’t tried either yet (haven’t had the money or energy).

I just tell myself over and over that the pain will pass eventually - it won’t last forever. This helps me to not feel as stuck/trapped in the pain and I remember that it is something that will have an end, that will ebb and flow.

Grounding really helps me. So does journaling. I crochet a lot when I'm struggling. Hope it gets easier for you. I'm rooting for ya!
