My rheum sent me to a dermatologist for a punch biopsy of my butterfly face rash to confirm it’s from lupus and for a punch biopsy of my scalp to see if that’s lupus or lichen planopilaris. The derm came in the room and sat on his stool and told me it was rosacea without getting up from the stool to look at my face or scalp and didn’t look at any of the pictures I brought of my face rash through the years and he barely flipped through my file of blood tests I brought. No punch biopsies either. Do I go back to my rheum and tell her all of this or do I find a new derm who will actual listen and examine me??

I think you should go find another dermatologist. If your rheumatologist sent you for a biopsy to diagnose she knows what she is doing. I'm sure you did blood tests for antibodies and all the comprehensive investigations on the subject before. There is nothing to prevent you from going to another dermatologist and asking for a second opinion.
