Positive ANA Test - Lupus Suspected

Recently had my blood tested because my doctor suspected lupus. It tested positive for ANA so they referred me to rheumatology, who then referred me to dermatology because they didn't think there was enough for a rheumatology referral. Any thoughts? What would some of the symptoms be to look out for? Willing to share my symptoms if anyone is curious

It helped me to keep a daily journal of all my symptoms. Track the symptoms, severity, and anything that makes them worse or eases them. Show that to your doctor and don't back down if they try to brush it off. Sadly some doctors get really lazy and try to ignore things, always advocate for yourself.

Did your blood tests show any other abnormalities? Go see an endocrinologist And find a new rheumatologist to get a second opinion!! Doctor Gaslighting is unfortunately a huge issue with autoimmunity
