Heyoooo I’m the same girl!! I’ve never been able to pop my hips properly but what gives them to most relief is if I lean with my back against a wall and just twist really sharply it will sometimes relieve some pressure!! If that pregnancy pillow thing works tho please let me know!! All the best 🤗

@zozo131 unfortunately the pregnancy pillow did not work for me. As for the twisting sharply, if I were to do that my knees will go not my hip. I can't even turn on the spot without making at least one knee pop

When My hips do this I use my pregnancy pillow to wrap my legs around and then squeeze my thighs hard together sometimes it pops my hip and sometimes relieves some pain it's pretty hit and miss but all I got lol 🤣

@lola_ it's one of my best ways to sleep when my vertigo allows (then side sleeping becomes dizzying) and it's so odd I know but it did really work a few times so I've been doing it regularly to see if I can well pop bits back in place or move nerves that are hurty haha 🤣

@mamabear1990 ooh I can actually give this a try because my partner has a pregnancy pillow! And right now I'm willing to try anything

Some suggestions for dealing with hip pain include taking a hot shower or bath, doing hip opening stretches and back lengthening stretches, using heat pads, and practicing yoga. Additionally, you can try gentle re-alignment by pulling your knee up to your chest, but be cautious not to force it if you feel resistance or pain. Regular gentle stretching and avoiding sitting for long periods may also help.
