I've always had joint/muscle pain when I wake up but lately it's been getting worse and worse. My specialists refuse to prescribe any medication and stretching often just makes me feel worse. It feels like my bones are broken whenever I wake up. Does anyone have any suggestions for what might help?

@SpaceEggy just a suggestion if you haven’t tried yet! sorry if my message comes off smart-assy! not my intention at all i’m just super into chiropractics and holistic relief!
trying different sleeping positions have definitely helped me with my back pain in the mornings, and just in general. i know it may not be a solution for everyone, but it definitely was something that has helped me when i’m feeling extra sore, especially putting a firmer pillow under different parts of my body to either stretch out some while i sleep (under lower or upper back) or to elevate (under the knees and feet, which can help with hip issues)
@SpaceEggy oh and I sleep with like a million pillows but thank you
