      I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you are feeling better. Did you try rotations of ice then heat and so on every 15 mins? Maybe that would help.

      I always have to stand in the shower with the heat on my back to help me with my back pain. I hope you find relief soon!

      Have any heating pads? Those work wonders for meeee and elevation as well, like laying all the way down would help ❤️
