when i’m really anxious, i find that my attention span and ability to focus at work tanks. the only way i can get out of my head is to constantly distract myself. anyone else do this or have tips to get through the day and still be productive?

      Distractions definitely help me get out of my anxious mind. It does depend on what you wanna do I would say like if you wanna do a chore you can put on music to distract yourself. You could also do a methods where you work for a certain amount of time and then take a break for a certain amount of time
