Box breathing, and when I feel a panic attack coming I pop a piece of candy in my mouth and focus on the flavor, focus on a sound I’m hearing, 3 things I can feel, 3 things I can see in front of me. It’s all to distract your brain from whatever is driving the anxiety.

find something mindless that can distract your mind. organize your bathroom, find a craft that you’re interested in, color in a coloring book, whatever peaks your interest!!
