What can I do to take my mind off of my panic/anxiety attacks or even overthinking from worrying that I may panic about something or just every day activities I can do to know everything is going to be okay?

In the moment when things are reaching a peak of anxiety for me I try to focus on five things I can see, hear, feel, etc. to try and center myself and it also can serve as a nice distraction

Try to imagine a place where you can feel safe and comfortable. Add some personal items in it to make it seem real
