Getting through the anxiety itself, I do different things depending on the situation. If it’s possible for me to leave the room/area for a few minutes to take a breather, I’ll do that. If I can’t, listening to music/Netflix… through headphones helps me to concentrate on one thing so I don’t become overwhelmed.

Distraction is also really helpful

I know it affects everyone differently but I try to understand any of the ways I change around the person I am becoming attached to so I can create some boundaries to limit my anxiety. Making boundaries step by step has really helped me.

This is hard to give advice for without knowing the situation because the best thing to do can depend on the situation. Distraction. Do something you enjoy that takes enough of your attention that you won't be able to worry as much anymore. You can also try breathing exercises, music, grounding, etc for anxiety. The one thing I can tell you is that letting attachment issues and anxiety control you won't help you at all
