I take Rizatriptan, and it's been the only thing so far I've found to really take away a migraine quick

anywhere from hours to over a month. there’s nothing I’ve tried that actually stops them once they’ve started. I take aimovig as a preventive though and I’ve found it helpful

@beingnotseeming depending on the migraine trigger or specific symptoms I’ll use an acupuncture mat, coffee, pepsi/sprite, ice head wrap or heat head wrap

My daughter would take the relief spray or the comfort terepene and she feels better in minutes

It depends on what is going on but the topomax I take every night is a preventative so I get them a lot less. I have nurtec now for breakthrough. If I need to take one it usually starts to fade in about 10 mins if I sit in the dark and quiet.

Mine can last for days but I also have a brain injury so mine are a little different than most people. I would highly recommend investing in black out curtains, they are amazing to help with light sensitive migraines

I’ve been taking sumatriptan 100mg for my migraines. It works but if I have a really bad when I have to repeat the dose after 2 hours

Highly recommend looking into memantine! It's a great alternative to ketamine for migraine management, and it's long lasting.

Mine can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. If I catch it extremely early, ibuprofen can help. But if not, the only thing that helps is sleep and drinking lots of electrolyte water. You got this! ❤️
