Excedrin for migraines seem to work if I can take them at the onset.

Hi! The abortive meds (that you take at onset) never worked for me. I take daily preventative medication and make a lot of effort to avoid or kinda subdue triggers, like using Bluescreen filters on electronic devices. If I feel one coming on or know I'm going to be in a situation that's likely to cause a problem, I can often avoid a migraine by reducing the amount of light for a bit (a towel over my head or a dark room), using an ice pack to keep my head and face cool, or before having kidney problems, take Aleve. For me, the preventative meds and little lifestyle changes had the biggest impact. The chiropractor didn't work for me either but my brother swears by it for his migraines.

The only thing I found that stopped mine was a nape piercing. But it has to be done in just the right place. The guy I knew who did it retired & I haven’t found anyone else as accurate. Botox has been helpful for me, but not as much as that accupressure piercing did

There are amazing migraine supplements to take when it starts up and lotions and roll ons to put on let me know if you would like the names! Also I have been having migraines since I was 1 and I went to a chiropractor and she adjusted my cranial bones and she started me on this liquid called gut health, again let me know if you're interested I haven't had a migraine in so long!!!

Have you tried smoking cbd flower? I've tried so many other things, but a tiny hit of that knocks it out for me.
