Have you experienced weight gain with you migraine medication?

I haven't been on that migraine med - I started on sumatriptan and now I'm on frovatriptan - but ik some of the important things are taking your rescue med as soon as you know it's a migraine, hydrating and eating good food, and doing what you can to rest your brain (dark room, low sound, etc). My neurologist swtiched me to frova bc my postdrome symptoms would drag on for days. Frova has a much longer half life so it stays active in the body longer. It works very well for me! Like magic almost. It takes a little bit to start working (an hour or 2 maybe), but once it does, I'm able to return to work or whatever else I need to do and I have really minimal postdrome.
