OK, something I've found helpful to me is guided sleep meditation. It's been really helpful. I go to sleep quicker and stay asleep longer. Not saying this is going to be good for everyone just that it seems to be working for me atm. Still waking up at 2am and not able to get back to sleep right away, but now I'm only up for maybe an hour and then I play a meditation on YouTube and I fall back to sleep. At this point I'll take it. Anything that helps is a little win in my book. Hope this helps someone else struggling to sleep like I was. The 4 hours of sleep a night was just not cutting it.
