Struggling with Sleep Schedule

my sleep schedule has been horrible lately, last night I went to bed at 5 AM. It's just so hard for me to lay still. I dunno if I have narcolepsy but I need a better sleep schedule tbh :/

Mood. My sleep schedule used to be super messed up, like sleeping past 4am, due to my insomnia and anxiety. Besides meds and being more active during the day, what’s helped me a lot is using the Calm app. They have a lot of story readings and guided relaxations to help you fall asleep, and it can put me to sleep in 15-20 minutes like 90% of the time.
