Yes- developing good sleep hygiene - turning electronics off 2 hours before desired sleep time, aiming for getting in bed the same time each night, and get up the same time each day (even on weekends)

Meditation has helped my sleep tremendously! Especially used to b able to sleep thru pain. Also CBD - Charlotte’s Web my fav brand online, their oil helps me a lot.
