Normal? Why? I've been an odd duck all my life, 56 years now. I am finally starting to learn, that is a good thing!!!

There is no such thing as normal you are meant to be you for a reason. Society is putting unreasonable standards that are unrealistic and not even able to be attained without people faking it. I know it's hard and difficult to feel this way but I promise that it gets easier with time and you will find that you love yourself just the way you are and you will stop caring about what others think

Normal is unattainable. We just need to figure out what is right for us. Remember that every one of us struggles. Some of us are just better at faking it. Breathe. Accept yourself. Embrace what makes you different. Do something positive for yourself even if it is something small like brushing your teeth.

You ARE normal. Normal is human. You are human, you are normal. Normal does not mean perfectly fine with no mental or physical problems at all. Normal just means you are not an absolute psychopath, and I don't think you are one. You don't have to be like everyone else, because that's literally impossible. Every single person is very different. If Normal is everyone else, than even if you have depression and anxiety, that's normal. SO many other people have those too. If you struggle with a disability, that's Normal. So many other people have disabilities as well. You are not alone. You are not weird or strange and do not deserve to be treated as such. You are Normal. šŸ’• feel free to msg me if you ever need to

I think most people hate themselves/have hated themselves at one point or another. Also, there's no such thing as normal. Normal doesn't exist. We're all unique individuals who ALL happen to go through good and bad times. If you want to go further into detail and vent about your current thoughts there are lots of us who are here to listen without judgement. We're all human.

I understand what you're feeling. It's rough. Just know it's okay to be you. You don't have to be what most people consider normal to be worth something.
