Dealing with Social Anxiety at a New Job

I just started a new job, my first one. I love the work but my social anxiety is terrible. I second guess everything I say and hyperanalyze every conversation. I'm scared people hate me or think I'm weird. I wish I could be a normal functioning human being like everyone else. what if this feeling never goes away?

You're not alone 💙 I hyperanalyze everything I say as im saying it & always end up oversharing cause I dont know how to end a conversation & it ends awkwardly😔 People don't hate us, nor do they think we're weird. They may see us as different, but that's what makes us unique, which is a good thing! It isn't easy to fit in or feel normal, but the more effort we put in being social & having self-love, the less social anxiety will impact us💙 You got this! Understand what you must practice or work on to improve yourself & make time for that every day! Tell yourself you are working on those things & that it will get better! That way the anxiety won't bother you late at night when you're trying to sleep as you can assure yourself you're already working on those issues. Hope this helps!
