You can work towards your own version of normal. That always left me people pleading. Listen to your body. Question your thoughts ex: *thought comes in* “I’m so annoying” then ask “why do I think I’m annoying”
For me it was less of “could” and more of “should.” If the normal people are the ones judging, hating, and bullying me then I don’t want to be one of them. But I understand your sadness and isolation

Being normal(neurotypical) is only desirable because the world is built for and by them. We live with a disorder that is so stigmatized and demonized, all while those treating us this way would crumble under the distress that is psychosis and due to their lack of perspective and awareness they will see us as weak and easy targets for the projection of their own inner turmoil. If they only knew what it’s like to have the internal become external and for all reality to cease making sense for long periods of time. Strive to find peace and inner happiness not being normal, as for everyone else, I like the previous comment “Fuck em”
