Hi everyone! Being autistic and all, I have a wayyyyy overactive imagination and it spills into my dreams as well. My dreams are so long and vivid that it doesn't feel like I sleep, and makes nightmares (cptsd related) that much worse. Has anyone tried a medication that helps with this or am I effed? I've tried Prazosin and that helped, but it's not working anymore.

@SunflowerEmo not sure then. My sleep is so inconsistent. I rarely remember dreaming. The cptsd affects me more with behavior and emotional regulation
Do you take melatonin to sleep? It can cause nightmares.
