Struggling with C-PTSD Nightmares

ive always had c-ptsd nightmares. my therapist says its my way of coping and recognizing that it happened to me. i just dont know how to cope with the nightmares

Affirmations, before within a hour before you plan to sleep could definitely help in a natural way. For example keeping a journal to write down positive affirmations “I want to feel at peace/happy in my dreams” things like that. That will make your dreams more likely to be positive. Meditating before you go to sleep can help too and calm the mind.
