A Tens machine for pain relief. Infrared light therapy for muscle pain. It's a constant battle with rotating symptoms.

I struggle with PNES and FND, I find a heating blanket sometimes helps,or a very light weighted blanket. My now retired service dog and ESA help as well.
Hi, I also struggle with FND and live with constant tremors which never go away, and really bad muscle spasms with mine reading and listening to music in a quiet room can help me sometimes, I do it to escape and it helps
Heat pads for locked limbs, music as a distraction, fidget toys and sensory lights on in a dark room
