Dealing with Seizures from Functional Neurological Disorder

I'm new and have had Functional Neurological Disorder for 4 years. Anyone else who has seizures from it, how do you handle it? What can be done besides just therapy?

I've found that making sure I get a good amount of sleep and keeping my temperature regulated helps with my seizures. I use a shower chair and my partner sits in the bathroom with me to make sure I don't have a seizure in there. If you ever wanna talk just hmu!
