Looking for Support and Advice with FND Diagnosis

I've got FND too!! My symptoms are: seizures of various kinds, auras, fainting spells, dystonic episodes, muscle spasms, leg weakness, and a few more probably bc I also have memory problems lol

For me music helps my tics, so do animals, heat packs help with my dystonic episodes where my joints lock into uncomfortable positions, tell yourself it’s ok to say no, it’s ok to take breaks, it’s ok to be tired, it’s ok not to be ok, and a heavy weighted blanket (I use 6.5kg) helps when I’m overstimulated
