I’m really struggling with getting my blood sugars. My dr wants below 200. I’ve been reaching it for about 7 weeks but these past 2 weeks I’m averaging more like high 250’s to even 325. The only thing I’m noticing as different is that my migraines are more daily due to weather pressure changes. Any ideas of what to maybe “tweak?” I’m very fatigued so please don’t say more exercise. N I tend to do Intermittent Fasting, but with migraines I either can’t eat or I graze the next day. I appreciate any insight.

Metformin 500mg 2x a day, jardance-1x a day, dr. change Lantus from 50mil to 60mil a day. Metformin & Lantus insulin makes me gives me the runs/diarrhea mostly no warning gets me accidents on clothes. They also make me neasea helps lil bit when eat food something heavy.

When you can eat, eat more vegetables. I know it feels so urgent, but try to commit to one small change you can stick to. Are you a soda drinker, chip or snack cake person? Can you give one of those up?

@Wubbunny420 —that’s a great comfort knowing I’m not alone but I’m sorry you deal with that too.
