Metformin, but it only keeps my numbers low when I don't eat... When I eat I graze, not açually don't eat until dinner time then I eat meal. I know that makes life harder. It is a lifestyle change and that's hard to make them understand.

I’m not on any Insulin yet but may have to for a while until my sugars are more balanced out.

I use the My Sugar app. I started tracking what I ate and my numbers so I know what's normal for me and what certain foods do for me. Learning what my body does with certain foods helps a lot.
